Claire and I were careful to research a few contractors before making the decision to giving David the green light from Simon who designed a modern basement for us and utilised every space possible to Chris & Paul (a modern craftsman) who spent countless hours in our house to make it happen.
David Dean Construction Ltd maintained a schedule and use sub-contractors who are professional and reliable. David may be a little more expensive than the other guy but I can say that they are worth every cent. Thank you David. Everyone who enters our basement is beyond impressed. I’m thinking of referring to my basement as “the lower level” simply because it looks nothing like a basement.”
